Learn to Row - Sculling - Once members of the Cape Cod Crew have a season of rowing completed, (sometimes sooner), they have the opportunity to learn to scull.  Initially, rowers go out in Doubles, (two rowers, two oars each), with the rower in the Bow seat having become proficient at sculling, and a novice sculler in the stroke seat.  This way, the experienced rower can set the shell up, (keep it stable), and provide instruction to the novice rower.
