        Cape Cod Crew ~ C-3 ~ Rowing Seasons   and   Program Fees

The Cape Cod Crew, (C-3), divides the calendar year by seasons.   On the water, C-3 trains five days a week and competes on weekends, during the Fall & Spring seasons. We also offer a more informal, four day a week, Summer session.

In Winter we offer an off the water, strength and conditioning program that meets three days a week at our, state of the art, indoor rowing and training facility.

Practice schedules:                      All seasons are $200.00 each ($500.00/year if paid in full)

Fall racing season:  Sept. 1st - Nov. 1st.

Monday through Friday, 4:30 - 6:30 PM 

(Races include; Head of the Charles, New Hampshire Championships, Mt. Holyoke Women's regatta.)

Spring racing season:  April 1st. - June 1st.

Monday through Friday; 4:30 - 6:30 PM

(Races include; Founders Day Regatta - CT, Mothers Day Regatta - MA, North East Jr. Championships - CT)

Summer racing season:  July 6th. Aug 21th.

Monday through Thursday; 5:30 - 7:30 PM

(Races include; Sweeps & Sculls Regatta - RI, Canadian Henley Regatta - Ontario, Canada, Old Home Week Regatta - Cape Cod)

Winter Training:  Dec. 1st. - March 20th.   (In our state-of-the-art Indoor Rowing Facility)

Monday - Wednesday - Friday; 4:30 - 6:30 PM               (Winter Training is FREE for members!)

(Competition: C.R.A.S.H.-B. World Indoor Rowing Championships - Reggie Lewis Center, Boston, MA)

Try-outs are on-going, experience is not necessary and Freshman and Sophomores are strongly encouraged to try-out.

So, if you are tired of all those "chase the ball" sports,   give rowing a try.
